YES it is totally possible to get some brand awareness (relevant fans) and lead generation (emails) in the same campaign. One of our clients mentioned that he has some tickets to the Philly Home Show and wanted to give these out (yes for FREE). I was like lets generate some relevant leads using these tickets 🙂
This client is a home interior designer based in Philadelphia. His ideal clients are people who are interested in home decor, interior design, art, architecture. So this is how we generated some relevant local fans and leads for his business
STEP 1: Developed a Facebook App
We used a FREE Facebook App to build a simple form. This is where we captured emails and addresses.
STEP 2: Fan-gated the App
We fan gated the app: so users had to LIKE the page to see this form.
STEP 3: Facebook Ads
Then we created a simple Facebook Ad campaign (3 Ads) to drive relevant people to this application. See below how we targeted very relevant people for his business / offer
